"The Bluff Noonday" Central Australia by Robert Johnson FRAS was generously donated by member Professor Richard Hughes (for which the RAS is most grateful)
Robert Johnson was a Fellow of the Royal Art Society for many years and infact had a studio in North Sydney up until his death in 1964. The painting currently in display is a fine example of his truly magnificent landscapes.
